Deposit & Breakdown Time

All services require a 100% deposit at time of booking which is non-refundable. -Note that we do not charge in half hour increments. Your time starts at the time booked. Please allow for proper setup and breakdown time. 10 minutes before the end of your session, your engineer will begin to gather your files to be sent to your email. if you need to transfer your session files to a hard drive, please notify your engineer at the beginning of your session so he/she can determine how much time is needed at the end to successfully transfer all files. If the client goes over 5 minutes then an extra full hour rate will be charged. 

Full Mixing and Mastering are separate services and not included in the Recording session. 

 

Session Reschedule & Refund

Once session is booked, you have up until 48 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session, you will receive a refund of 50% of the session amount.

No refunds or rescheduling 48 hours or less before your scheduled session.

Bookings close 2 hours before the session starts.

Allowed People

Due to space and safety of you and our staff, we have a 5 person max. We DO NOT allow rotating during a session. Example: 5 people have a 2 hour session booked, but 2 out of the 5 clients want to swap with 2 other people waiting outside because they are a party of 7. Please only have no more than 5 people, any additional individuals will be asked to leave the premises.
